this should have been a follow up I announced here: What are your rights? - GDPR Art. 15 "Right of access by the data subject"
But as I just received another e-mail from a representitive of gamgio group, which really baffled me, this topic will have to wait a bit longer.
I just wanted to give a heads up, as some may have been very interested in this and I will later on make the whole process public, but as I am still in discussion with gamigo/Aeria this has to wait.
But as a little teaser of the first answer I got:
Gamigo Support wrote:Display More
E-Mail Adresse: *****@gmail.com
Erstellt am **.** 2014
Zahlungsmethode: direct Ebanking (Direktüberweisung)
Bank Name: Sparkasse ******
As u might see, it missed a lot of data. This answer got to me at the 24.10.2018 (I send my request at the 17.08.2018).
This is over that one month period we talked about in the last topic. As I was nice, and a GM at that times, I did actually remind them of using their right to extend the period for an answer, as they nearly missed it.
So, I got a bunch of stuff down the road from them, but nothing that is nearly a copy of my person-related data.
This is a throw-away topic, as I will create a new one as soon as I have a complete statement from gamigo, so I don't care if you go completly off topic or discuss about that. Im happy to help you request your data from gamigo, or at least try.
I have been patient till now. But I won't take anymore of their "work arounds".
Have a nice day and see you InGame!
