First of all. Thanks for your patience.
We are already in contact with our Developer and Battleye to check that Error and they will try to solve that.
Unfortunately, we don´t have a solution yet.

We collect the Data like Username and your own special Customer ID and send them to our Developer.
Also, we note the Ticket ID and can answer you if we have new information.
We hope that we can fix the Problem fast and we will inform you.
