I asked for my password to be sent to my email but no email has shown up from aeria. I've tried more than once and also with another email that I have another account with aeria and that worked fine.
Thank you very much for the ticket link redirection. I just submitted one with the issue I stated above.
Also, I tried to register a new account using that existing email address to see if it worked and surprisingly the register function said the email address wasnt taken but the id that I registered with is taken so maybe the account is somehow sitting in limbo with no email address attached to it ?
